These regulate the download, access, and use of the mobile application Wuaow, provided by Wuaow Studio, S.L. to users. This version of the Wuaow application is available for free. By accessing the application, the user acknowledges that they have accepted and consented to these terms of use without reservation.
Objective: The app is intended for entertainment purposes and can benefit various user groups. Professionals and a group of users participated in the design and development of this application during the testing period. It is made available to users for personal use and works on an Android or iOS mobile phone with a front-facing camera.
The intellectual and industrial property rights to the APPLICATION belong to Wuaow Studio, S.L., and it has exclusive rights to exploit them in any form, including reproduction, distribution, public communication, and transformation. Third-party rights holders of intellectual and industrial property on photographs, logos, and any other symbols or contents included in the APPLICATION have granted the corresponding authorizations for reproduction, distribution, and public availability. The user acknowledges that reproducing, modifying, distributing, commercializing, decompiling, disassembling, using reverse engineering techniques or any other means to obtain the source code, transforming, or publishing any unauthorized results from tests or references to any of the elements and utilities integrated into the development constitutes an infringement of the intellectual property rights of Wuaow Studio, S.L., and therefore agrees not to undertake any of the mentioned actions.
Wuaow Studio, S.L. reserves the right to edit, update, modify, suspend, delete, or terminate the services offered by the Application, including all or part of its content, without prior notice, as well as modify the form or type of access to it. Modification may occur to comply with possible legislative novelties, changes in the Application, or existing standard codes, or for strategic or corporate reasons. Wuaow Studio, S.L. shall not be responsible for the use of the application by a minor, as the download and use of the app are solely the user's responsibility. The app is provided "as is" and without any kind of warranty. Wuaow Studio, S.L. is not responsible for the final quality of the Application or its ability to meet all its objectives. However, Wuaow Studio, S.L. commits to contributing to improving the application's quality to the best of its abilities but cannot guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of its content. The user solely assumes responsibility for using the application. Except as provided in these Terms and Conditions, Wuaow Studio, S.L. is not liable for any loss or damage that occurs in connection with the download or use of the application, such as those resulting from failures, malfunctions, or blocks in the application's operation (e.g., and without limitation: errors in communication lines, defects in the application's hardware or software, or Internet network failures). Similarly, Wuaow Studio, S.L. shall not be liable for damages resulting from improper or inadequate use of the application by users.
