Welcome to Wuaow.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access to, download, and use of the Wuaow mobile application, including any related services, features, content, and platforms operated by Wuaow Studio LLC (“Wuaow,” “we,” “us,” or “the Platform”).
By accessing, registering for, or using Wuaow, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
Wuaow is a social and digital entertainment platform that allows users to interact through messaging systems, avatars, multiplayer experiences, digital content, groups, virtual rooms, and other interactive features.
Certain features may vary depending on country, device compatibility, age restrictions, or technical availability.
Access to certain features may require creating an account using a phone number or other authentication methods supported by the Platform.
By using Wuaow, you represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.
- The information you provide is reasonably accurate and up to date.
- You will maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and access methods.
You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
Wuaow reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms;
- Create legal, security, or operational risks;
- Engage in fraud, abuse, spam, or manipulation of systems;
- Harm other users or the Platform.
You agree to use Wuaow lawfully, responsibly, and respectfully.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Sharing illegal, pornographic, violent, or exploitative content;
- Publishing hateful, discriminatory, extremist, or abusive content;
- Harassing, threatening, intimidating, or abusing other users;
- Impersonating individuals or entities;
- Distributing malware, malicious software, or unauthorized automated tools;
- Attempting unauthorized access to systems or data;
- Exploiting vulnerabilities, exploits, or virtual economies;
- Using the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent activities.
Wuaow maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding illegal or abusive behavior and may take action without prior notice.
Users may create, publish, share, or transmit content within the Platform, including messages, images, usernames, avatars, visual assets, and other digital materials (“User Content”).
Users retain ownership of their User Content.
However, by publishing or transmitting User Content through Wuaow, you grant Wuaow a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, revocable license necessary to:
- Host;
- Process;
- Display;
- Technically adapt;
- Distribute internally;
such content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the Platform.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to share such content.
Wuaow may, but is not obligated to:
- Review reported content;
- Remove content deemed inappropriate;
- Restrict certain functionalities;
- Suspend or terminate accounts;
- Cooperate with law enforcement or competent authorities where legally required.
Users are provided with blocking and reporting tools to help maintain a safe environment.
The Platform may include:
- Virtual currency (“Waws”);
- Avatars;
- Cosmetic items;
- Subscriptions;
- Unlockable content;
- Digital assets.
Purchases are processed through authorized third-party providers such as Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Virtual goods and currency have no real-world monetary value;
- They do not constitute transferable property;
- They may not be sold, exchanged, or redeemed for real money except where required by applicable law;
- Wuaow may modify, rebalance, remove, or update digital items at any time.
Unless required by applicable law, purchases are final and non-refundable.
All rights related to Wuaow, including:
- Software;
- Interfaces;
- Visual design;
- Systems;
- 3D models;
- Avatars;
- Databases;
- Logos;
- Trademarks;
- Audiovisual and graphic assets;
are owned by Wuaow Studio LLC or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, reverse engineering, exploitation, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
Wuaow may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Platform at any time without guaranteeing continuous availability.
We do not guarantee that:
- The Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free;
- The service will be compatible with all devices;
- The Platform will be completely secure or free from vulnerabilities.
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wuaow Studio LLC shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages;
- Loss of profits, data, or reputation;
- Service interruptions;
- Conduct of third parties or users;
- User-generated content;
- Unauthorized access beyond Wuaow’s reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Wuaow may be used by minors where permitted under applicable law.
Parents and legal guardians are responsible for supervising minors’ use of the Platform.
Wuaow maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding illegal or abusive conduct involving minors.
Wuaow may update these Terms periodically.
Where material changes occur, users will be notified through the Platform or other reasonable means.
Continued use of the Platform following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable under local law.
