The Application will use Google Analytics as a tool to understand its usage and interaction trends. Wuaow Studio, S.L. may use the provided personal information in a dissociated manner (without personal identification) for internal purposes, such as generating statistics. The Wuaow application may collect, store, or accumulate certain non-personal information regarding its usage. Google Analytics is governed by Google's general terms accessible at http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/en.html and the privacy policies at https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy. In accordance with the current regulations on personal data protection, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, it is informed that the personal data provided by accepting these Terms and Conditions will be part of a file under the responsibility of Wuaow Studio, S.L. and will be processed for the purpose described in section "1. Objective" of this document. The data will be retained for the duration of the contractual relationship related to the use of the application, with the sole purpose of facilitating improvements in future versions of the application. The processing of information related to installations, user access, demographic data, screens and user interaction, as well as blocks and exceptions, may also be performed. Furthermore, it is informed that consent can be withdrawn at any time, and the rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, and objection can be exercised by contacting the email wuaow@wuaow.com, providing the mobile number used for logging in and the username.
Additionally, a complaint can be lodged with the supervisory authority (www.agpd.es) if it is believed that the processing does not comply with current regulations. Wuaow Studio, S.L. reserves the right to make modifications and updates to the Application at any time and without prior notice.
Likewise, it reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions to adapt them to possible legislative novelties and changes in the Application itself, as well as those that may arise from existing standard codes in the field or for strategic or corporate reasons.
